
If you’d like to exclude an employee or employees from receiving SMS Text Messages for triggers that you’ve previously configured – for instance if they’re going on vacation for a week – go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”. Browse to the section in the upper right of this screen.

In the “SMS Receive Excluded Employees” list to the right, simply select and add the employee(s) from the dropdown list at the bottom and click “Add Employee”. To remove an employee from this list, click the red “X” button.
