
Configuring SMS messages to be sent to one or more employees when RO Flags are added or removed is a very powerful feature of Workflow. To create your triggering events, go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”. Browse to the section in the upper right of this screen.

Next, click on the “RO Flag SMS Setup” link.

This will open the “RO Flag SMS Setup” dialog where you will configure the department triggers you want.

- Select the RO Flag you want to add a trigger for. You can also select whether this trigger applies to when the RO Flag is SET or UNSET.
- Click the “Add SMS Action Item” button.
- Click the arrow next to the action item in the list that you want to configure.
- The status bar will confirm which action item you’ve chosen.
- If needed, select an RO Entity from the dropdown list like Body Tech, Frame Tech, Estimator, etc. Click “Add RO Entity”.
- If needed, select one or more people from the Employees dropdown list. Click “Add Employee”.
- If you want to add additional message options to choose from when setting/unsetting this RO Flag, enter your customized message in this box and click “Add Message”. You can edit any of your custom messages by clicking the edit icon to the right of the text field. Make your edits and click the save icon.
- When complete, click the “X” button in the upper right corner of the dialog to close it.
Now when you add or remove an RO Flag for an RO, a trigger will be initiated for that match, and an SMS message will be sent to the entities/employees selected.
