Can you have multiple RO’s for the same vehicle at the same time?
Yes, you can.
Can you assign a bin location to parts?
Yes. You can even assign different bin locations to individual parts.
Once an RO is closed, can it be brought back to an active current RO state?
Yes. At anytime, a closed RO can be brought back by searching through the closed RO list.
Do I have to enter any information into Workflow, or does it all get automatically imported from the estimating software?
No. Whatever information is included on the estimate export, is imported automatically into Workflow.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not currently. What we find is that with the large touch screen in the shop, it creates a centralized communication hub between the technicians and the office. The power of the program is being able to see the entire picture of what is going with one quick glance. With the limited screen size of a mobile device, we feel this affects the primary purpose of this tool.
Can we see the cycle time for each RO?
Yes, and for touch time as well.
Can we see how long a vehicle stayed in each department?
Yes.
I see where you are showing the total dollars on the RO’s. What if we do not want to display the dollars?
We have a setting where you can choose to hide the dollars.
Do the RO’s get updated when there is a supplement?
Yes, they do. They get updated automatically with any labor or parts changes.
Can you limit what a user can see and do?
Yes, there are user defined permission settings at the user level.
We use both Mitchell and CCC. Can we import estimates from both?
Yes. You can import from multiple estimating systems which include CCC, Mitchell, Audatex and others.
SMS Messaging
If a trigger can be set to send a text message when a flag is added, can you also send a text when one is removed?
Yes. You can set a trigger to send a text message when a flag is removed.
Can you set triggers to send text messages to outside vendors like your glass vendor?
Yes. For example, you could even send a text message to your rental car agent when the job status in the “Ready for Delivery” department is set to completed.
I really like the text messaging feature but is there a way to stop sending text messages, for example, when someone is on vacation?
Yes, we have provided a place to exclude individuals from receiving SMS messages in this scenario.
What if we do not want the technician to be notified with a text message when they are assigned to the RO?
